TLI coaching utilizes weekly classroom observations and coaching cycles to develop key pedagogical skills and techniques. Teacher coaching is centered on a practice-based approach where teachers both plan and practice new skills during coaching sessions.

I can’t tell a story about teaching without telling people that the reason I think I am a good teacher is because of TLI coaching.
