TLI’s Teacher Institute is a virtual training for beginning teachers offered every summer.
Institute equips teachers with core instructional techniques including:

planning for the first weeks of school
Teachers practice new skills and receive feedback about how to strengthen execution.

Without this practice I would be missing things I didn’t realize I needed. This makes me wish more teachers had this training.
